Session Reports

Our tutors write up session reports that are reviewed by our management team. Then we send the reports to parents so that they can keep up with student progress.

The Tutoring Plan

We develop a tutoring plan for your student, and the tutor follows this plan to help your child reach his or her objectives. Whether your student wants to improve a B to an A, raise a failing grade, or get the highest possible score on the SAT, your tutoring plan will be the blueprint the tutor follows. Your student’s tutoring objectives may change over time, and if that happens, we will discuss new objectives with you and update the plan.

Management Team

We are always available to answer your questions and discuss your concerns by phone or email. We routinely talk to parents about student progress and make changes to the tutoring plan as a student’s needs change over time. We also discuss new strategies to implement, and prepare students and parents for future tutoring needs. This is all in addition to conversations with the tutor before and after the session.

Free Monthly Newsletter

We also send out an electronic newsletter that is packed with helpful information about study skills, the college application process, study skills, homework help, A+ Home Tutors news, and other useful resources we come across.

About Us

It’s Worth Every Penny!

“I have been blown away by the progress my daughter has made with Maria from A+ Home Tutors.
In 2 months, her grade in math has gone up 2 full letter grades, and her overall grade point average has gone up 1.6 points. I had high expectations when I started using the service; A+ Home Tutors has met all of them and then some. It has been worth every penny.”

We Are Delighted--Fs to Cs and Bs, and the sky is the limit!

“My son brought home some Cs in a few of his honors classes (the first time ever!), and he seemed a bit overwhelmed with his classes. Brian matched our son with Mike, who worked with him on creating and implementing an organizational strategy in addition to helping him with his school work. Now, our son has a 3.7 grade point average, and we are considering stopping the tutoring because we feel he can succeed on his own. Now that is success! WE are very happy, and we would recommend A+ Home Tutors to anyone looking for a great tutor.”
