Online Tutoring
A+ Home Tutors now offers live, on-demand, online tutoring for all math and science courses. Here is why parents and students love online tutoring:

How Online Tutoring Works
Students create a login and password through our online tutoring website at www.apconnect.aplushometutors.com. Once they register, then students or parents can purchase hours through our online checkout. (Ask about our New Online Student Specials.) Your student can then log in and take a session any time between 2PM and 10PM, any day of the week. This tutoring is live--a qualified online tutor will greet your student in the classroom and the session starts within seconds. These sessions do not have to be scheduled in advance, which is a big part of what makes them so convenient. When your child gets stuck on homework or studying for a test, help from an online tutor is just a few clicks away.
Online Tutoring Supplements In-Person tutoring
What if your child already has in-home tutoring or even gets tutored at a tutoring center? Can Online tutoring still help my child?
Yes! Online tutoring is an excellent supplement to in-person tutoring. If your child gets stuck on homework or studying for a test at PM, there isn't time to set up an in person session that night. But your child can log in and take an online session within seconds. This will keep your child from having questions and confusion "piling up" during the week, and your child will go to class prepared and confident.

When used together, in-person tutoring and online tutoring can be more effective than either method alone, according to a study done by the US Department of Education in 2010.
